Ireland is moving forward with its PPP programme.
During this week we found out that Cyril Sweett will advise the Irish National Development Finance Agency (NFDA) on technical issues for the Courts PPP programme. The advisory firm will provide with civil & structural Engineering and quantity surveying services to the public agency.
Willis Risk Services was also awarded a contract for the provision of insurance advisory services for PPP projects to be procured and delivered by the NDFA.
Several days ago, the National Roads Authority of Ireland invited entities to tender on a design, build, finance, operate and maintain basis for the M11 Gorey to Enniscorthy PPP Scheme. In March, the agency released the tender process for the New Ross bypass.
Ireland has also in the pipeline two school bundles for which OJEU notice has already been published:
Two bundles of Primary Health Care Centres with approx. 10 centres in each are also in the pipeline. Preparation of these bundles is on-going and they are due to issue to market in August.
