Zouk Capital completes purchase of 51% stake in Be Power

Zouk Capital has completed the purchase of a 51% stake in Be Power, a unit of Building Energy that focuses on electric mobility and electric vehicles. 

Building Energy is an independent power producer that generates electricity from renewable energy sources in Italian and foreign markets. It also provides EPC contracting services, including engineering, procurement, and construction for constructing plants for third parties; and O&M services for photovoltaic systems.

The transaction further positions Zouk Capital as the primary operator for electric mobility in Italy.
