Xinfra FE to acquire 90% stake in Libramiento de Celaya

Xinfra FE has announced intentions to acquire 90% stake in Libramiento de Celaya.

Libramiento de Celaya is a concessionaire for the Bicentennial highway project in Mexico. The project comprises 29 km of Celaya Bypass highway on the México to Ciudad Juárez corridor.

Xinfra FE will utilize the equity raised from the IPO in Mexico's Institutional Stock Exchange (BIVA).
