The World Bank has issued a request for expression of interest (RFEOI) seeking legal consultants for the Primary Healthcare Program in Brazil.
The PSPInfra Private Sector Participation Program involves the construction, equipment, maintenance and operation of a set of
primary care units to be implemented in a pilot of 3-5 Brazilian municipalities. The procurement will be carried out under the public-private partnership (PPP) following the Private Finance Initiative Model (PFI).
The legal consultant will provide assistance to IFC/BNDES throughout the project, as well as advise on topics related to the medical provision. The activities of the legal consultant will be structured around two successive phases: due diligence and review of options for PSP, and selection of the private operator through a competitive tender process.
The deadline to submit the interest is November 04, 2021. For more information about this RFEOI, visit our business opportunities page here.
