The World Bank, with the support of the Global Infrastructure Facility (GIF), has launched a tender to deliver legal consultancy services for the development of a tramway project in San Jose in Costa Rica.
The selected consultancy firm will develop a highlevel report on the legal and regulatory framework in Costa Rica (national and municipal levels) relevant to structuring a potential PPP for the envisaged tramway project. The purpose of this activity is to support the WBGs decision on its potential involvement in the tramway project in the future.
The deadline for the submission of documents is on May 15, 2019.
