The International Finance Corporation (IFC), is in discussions with the Government of Panama, to engage IFC as the lead advisor to structure and implement a private sector participation project (PSP) to improve road transport infrastructure in the country.
The PPP project involves the rehabilitation, operation and maintenance of a 246 km road between Pacora and Yaviza. The road is also known as the East Pan-American Road. In total, the World Bank is looking for the following three consultants:
