The Government of Pakistan, in partnership with the World Bank, has launched a tender for interested firms to conduct a feasibility study for the upgrading of the railway line between Karachi and Hyderabad and the construction of a dedicated freight corridor between Karachi and Pipri in Pakistan.
The project aims to enhance the efficiency of trade and transit along the corridor between Karachi Port and the Afghanistan border.
