The World Bank Group has launched a request for expression of interest (RFEOI) to interested firms for technical consultancy services for the capacity building on cluster competitiveness reinforcement in Belarus.

The EU-Belarus Private Sector Development Project is a technical assistance program, managed by the World Bank and financed by the EU, which supports the Governments efforts to foster entrepreneurship and improve the business environment. Component of the program will support the implementation of a Competitive Reinforcement Initiative (CRI), which will conduct analysis on four identified sectors and provide technical assistance for selected entities.

Technical assistance efforts will focus on analyzing and engaging stakeholders in the four sectors. This assistance will involve three different workstreams: an analytical workstream; a stakeholder workstream, and a capacity-building workstream. Analytical deliverables produced in the first workstream will be delivered and disseminated in a set of corollary workshops in the stakeholder workstream. Moreover, the firm will train up to 40 Belarusian individuals under the capacity building workstream.

Deadline for the submission of interest is on August 8, 2019.
