Webuild has inaugurated six stations on Line 4 of the Milan Metro's (M4) 5.4 km section that links the stations of Linate Airport and Dateo in the east of the city.
This project is part of a 15 km line that will have 21 stations running from the airport through the historic centre to San Cristoforo station in the west. It can carry 24,000 people an hour with a maximum journey time of 30 minutes.
The project was commissioned by the City of Milan and built by the M4 concessionaire company, which is in charge of design, construction and management of the completed asset. The company’s private investors are led by Webuild.
