Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Aberdeen Global Infrastructure Partners Fund II (abrdn) and Macquarie Capital's Infrastructure and Energy Capital division (Macquarie Capital) on the legal aspects of the disposal of interests in Western Australian Schools PPP and ACT Law Courts PPP, and advised abrdn on the legal aspects of the disposal of its interest in Perth Stadium.

The portfolio of assets includes facility management for Perth Stadium, a 60,000-seat multi-use outdoor venue and its adjacent sports precinct, for a 25-year term; estate and facility management services for a group of four primary and four secondary schools in Perth, Western Australia; and facilities management and support services for the ACT Law Courts, overseeing the integrated courts facility, also for 25 years.
