The portfolio of assets includes facility management for Perth Stadium, a 60,000-seat multi-use outdoor venue and its adjacent sports precinct, for a 25-year term; estate and facility management services for a group of four primary and four secondary schools in Perth, Western Australia; and facilities management and support services for the ACT Law Courts, overseeing the integrated courts facility, also for 25 years.
