West Bengal BOT road concession achieves financial close

Palsit Dankuni Tollway Pvt. Ltd, an SPV of IRB Infrastructure Developers Ltd, has achieved financial closure for its BOT project of 6 laning of NH19 corridor between Palsit to Dankuni in the State of West Bengal in India.

The financial close is achieved for the project bid cost of INR23.14 billion (US$313.35 million). The SPV has inked a financial agreement with IRB Infra and IRB Infrastructure Trust to provide an investment of INR16.5 billion (US$223.43 million) for the project. The project concession period is 17 years from the appointed date, including construction period of 910 days.
