The City of Piastów in Poland has selected Warbud as a preferred bidder for the reconstruction and extension of Adam Mickiewicz High School, located in Piastów, central Poland. Warbud is one of the subsidiary companies of Vinci Construction.
The reconstruction works are expected to be completed in one year. The works include the construction of three-story building having a library and a sports hall with a total useable area of around 4,500 sqm and in the other building Warbud is to renovate the school’s existing 2,000 sqm and a roofed passageway to the new wing is to be built.
Investment done by Warbud will be covered by the twenty-year operation contract held by Vinci Facilities Polska, another subsidiary company of Vinci Construction.
