Waldorf Production to acquire Alpha Petroleum Resources from Shorelight Partners

Waldorf Production Limited has announced the signing of the Sale and Purchase Agreement to acquire Alpha Petroleum Resources from a wholly owned subsidiary of Shorelight Partners.

Alpha Petroleum Resources upstream oil & gas company with operations focused on development and production activities in the North Sea. It has 100% working interest in the Cheviot field as well as operated interest in three late life/redevelopment fields namely Helvellyn, Tors and Wenlock located in Southern Gas Basin. Cheviot gas field is located in the UK North Sea and is estimated to have contingent resources of 50 MMbbls oil and 120 bcf gas.
