The German central district of Waldeck-Frankenberg has launched tender for the development, construction, financing, and operation of a school building through a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) scheme.
The building to be planned, constructed, financed and operated is based on a spatial program that has a usable area of 1 585 m2. The room program (vertices) is divided into: General rooms for teaching 1,150 m2, specialist rooms 215 m2, information areas 75 m2, teacher and administrative area 130 m2, commercial space 15 m2.
The deadline for the tender is on November 15, 2019.
