Southwark Council in London via Notting Hill Genesis has appointed Vistry Partnerships for the development of the latest phase of Aylesbury Estate regeneration project in London. The project involves the development of Plot 81 and includes the development of a new public library, health, and early years facilities plus commercial space as well as more than 120 new homes for rent.
Vistry Partnerships’ design team for Plot 18 is led by HTA Design LLP and includes Duggan Morris Architects.
The construction works are due to start early in 2020.
Vistry Partnerships is a recent business merger between Galliford Try Partnerships and Bovis Homes.
