The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) in the USA has selected a consultant to support its statewide design, build and programs in the public-private partnership (PPP) scheme.
Earlier this year VDOT has issued RFP seeking expressions of interest from consulting engineering firms who wish to be considered to provide professional engineering support services for the Department’s Design-Build and P3 programs on an “as needed” basis.
VDOT has awarded to Reynolds, Smith and Hills, Inc. (RS&H) with the consultancy contract.
