Vinci Highways acquires the remaining 70% stake in Tollplus

Vinci Highways has acquired the remaining 70% stake it did not already hold in TollPlus Inc, a software company that specializes in toll road back-office systems and mobility solutions.

Vinci had acquired the 30% stake earlier in the year 2016. With this acquisition, VINCI Highways becomes an immediate player in the Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) market. ETC is a strongly growing market, especially in the USA.
