VINCI Energies acquires Otera and its subsidiaries in Norway

VINCI Energies has announced its acquisition of Otera and its subsidiaries from Roadworks and Å Energi in Norway.

With the transaction, VINCI Energies intends to strengthen and expand its offer and expertise in Norway through its Omexom brand. 

The portfolio includes more than 600 employees and annual revenue of about EUR150 million (US$161 million). Overall the company will thus employ more than 1100 employees and have annual revenue of about EUR250 million (US$267 million).
