VINCI Airports has signed the agreement to acquire a 29.99% stake in Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte (OMA) in Mexico. The financial close for the transaction is expected to be completed by the end of 2022.
OMA is a Mexican airport operator headquartered in San Pedro, Monterrey, Mexico. OMA operates 13 airports in Mexico including Monterrey International airport, Culiacán International and Mazatlán International airport as well as eight regional airports located on Pacific Coast and Central Mexico at municipalities of Acapulco, San Luis Potosí, Torreón, Zihuatanejo, Durango, Zacatecas, Tampico and Reynos.
