Traffic Construction Corporation 6 (CIENCO6) - COTECCON Construction is at the moment the only consortium of investors to apply for the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau expressway PPP project in Vietnam.

Formed by Thuan Viet Construction and Tan Thanh Holdings Investment, the consortium stated that it had carefully studied the feasibility of the project and prepared capital to participate in the project implementation under the PPP investment method. To make the feasibility of the project development less dependent on bank loans, the consortium intends to mobilize capital sources in which: 1) 40% is the capital contribution from the equity of the project's joint venture, which is approximately VND5,200 billion (US$208 million), 2) 30% of capital mobilized from banks- about VND3,000 billion (US$120 million) and 3) 30% of capital mobilized in the form of project bonds from potential partners of about VND3,000 billion (US$120 million). 

The VND17,837 billion (US$713.48 million) project is expected to be completed and in operation by 2025.
