Vietnam Infrastructure Limited, an investment vehicle managed by Vietnam-based private equity firm VinaCapital, has fully exited its interest in Southeast Asia Telecommunications Holding Pte Ltd (SEATH) by selling the last of its remaining assets, the in-building cellular enhancement systems (IBS).
The buyers of the infrastructure assets were VIBS Pte Ltd, a consortium formed by Japanese telecom company JTOWER Inc and the Southeast Asia Growth Fund (an initiative backed by the Development Bank of Japan), and a local investor
