The government of Vietnam held a meeting to discuss the implementation of various investment strategies for the Ring Road No 4 concession. The officials and dignitaries from the provinces of Ho Chi Minh City, Long An, Dong Nai, Binh Duong and Ba Ria-Bung Tau attended the session.
98-kilometer long Ring Road No 4 will have a significant impact on socio-economic and urban development of three northern provinces of Hanoi, Hung Yen, and Bac Ninh. The road will also facilitate vital connections through Hanoi metropolitan area, Vinh Phuc, Hung Yen, Bac Ninh, Hai Duong, Ha Nam, Hoa Binh, Bac Giang, Phu Tho, and Thai Nguyen.
The highway aims to create essential regional economic connections, solve traffic needs, reduce logistics costs and attract investors as well as improve livability for inhabitants in 14 districts.
