Ministry of Transport in Vietnam has issued an ultimatum to the concessionaire consortium responsible for development of Dien Chau-Bai Vot section of the North-South Expressway. The consortium comprises Hoa Hiep Co. Ltd, CIENCO4 Group JSC, Pink Mount Investment Co., Ltd, Truong Son Construction Corporation, VINA2 Investment and Construction JSC, and Phuc Thanh Hung JSC.

The ultimatum was given to accelerate credit contract signing process and accelerate cooperation with the banks. If the concessionaire fails to acquire credit contracts the authority may cancel the construction contract.
