The City of Vienna has launched for the development of the Rappachgasse and Landgutgasse educational campuses.

The contract includes the design, financing, construction, and other additional services for over 25 years from the completion of the project.

In addition to the building management, the cleaning services and kitchen operations are also to be taken over by the PPP contractor, whereby individual services (e.g. cleaning and kitchen operations) can be regulated in a separate contract if necessary.

The selected private partner will maintain and manage the newly built educational campus Rappachgasse and Bildungscampus Landgutgasse including the outdoor facilities in a defect-free and functional condition throughout the contract period so that a proper educational enterprise is ensured.

The Rappachgasse campus will have a 13,000 sq.m of the area while the Landgutgasse will be situated on a 20,000 gross sq.m. of land area.

The deadline for the submission of documents to participate in the tender is on April 16, 2020.
