Vinci Partners Investments has announced a second close for Vinci Infraestrutura Água e Saneamento Fundo de Participações em Infraestrutura (VIAS) fund after raising an additional BRL127.7 million (US$73.66 million). The total raised amount is BRL384 million (US$73.66 million).
Vinci Infrastructure Water and Sanitation Strategy Investment Fund will implement a strategy to inject private capital into the privatization of state-owned companies that provide water and sewage services for the Brazilian population. The fund expects to raise BRL1 billion (US$191.91 million) in the capital.
