Veolia will be responsible for operating and maintaining the urban heating network and hot water installations, assessing the state of these facilities, identifying necessary investments, funding the program of the operating assets, and project management. The first two years will be devoted to the first phase of modernization of the heating system in two of the city’s districts. The completion of the pilot project will trigger the launch of an ambitious modernization program covering the entire city.
