The Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education has issued a tender seeking a developer for student housing in Uzbekistan.
The selected developer will be responsible for the construction, equipping and operation of a 400-bed hostel at the Fergana Polytechnic Institute under a public-private partnership (PPP). The concept of the project was proposed by the private initiative THE NEW GRAND HOUSE LLC.
