Navigare Capital Partners have secured a first close of nearly USD 350 million for Maritime Investment Fund III.
The Fund builds upon the achievements of its two preceding iterations, both of which have achieved double-digit operating cash yields and surpassed the targeted Internal Rate of Return (IRR). It will maintain its strategy of investing in diverse opportunities across various shipping sectors. Similar to the previous Funds, there will be a significant emphasis on contributing to environmental sustainability, aiming for further reductions in vessel emissions and investments in vessels that facilitate the growth of offshore wind projects. The target is to secure USD 650 million in committed capital from investors, with more than 50% of this target already achieved.
