The private partner assumes full responsibility for all aspects essential to ensure the efficient operation of the healthcare facilities, establishing optimal structural conditions to deliver medical care effectively. Souza Aguiar Hospital holds the distinction of being the largest public emergency facility in the state of Rio de Janeiro, offering cost-free medical services through the country's healthcare system. In the year 2022, the hospital recorded a total of 9,600 admissions and conducted 7,800 surgeries. The hospital has a rich history, having been in operation for 115 years.
