The University of Kentucky has announced the receipt of an unsolicited proposal to design, build, finance, operate and maintain a 40,000 square foot (~3,700 square metres) office / wet laboratory incubator building with wet labs and office space to be located on the Coldstream Research Campus.

Interested parties are invited to submit competing proposals for the project until 1 February 2019.

The University has not disclosed the proponent, though has detailed that there is a credit tenant interested in leasing 20,000 square feet of the proposed building.
