Snow College, located in Utah, western USA, has published a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the design, construction, financing and maintenance of a new student housing facility on the university's Richfield campus.
The housing facility will be constructed in three phases across an approximately 5-acre site. Phase one will consist of housing for 100 students and be completed by July 2019. Phases two and three will be clarified in full after phase one is completed.
Snow College intends to conduct a “two stage” selection process to evaluate all responders. The first stage will be to ascertain the qualifications of offerors; the second stage will be to review presentations and detailed proposals of a short list of finalist responders.
The submission deadline for the RFP is 7 November 2018. Interviews with shortlisted responders will be conducted on 12 and 13 December, with those shortlisted to be notified by 26 November.
