Uponor to acquire remaining stake in its subsidiary Uponor Infra

Uponor has signed an agreement to acquire the remaining 44.7% stake in Uponor Infra Oy from KWH Group.

The acquisition will be financed by Uponor through a combination of cash and new debt, with an estimated value of around EUR60 million (US$65 million). As a result of this transaction, Uponor's ownership stake in Uponor Infra Oy will rise from 55.3% to 100%. The closure of the transaction is subject to necessary approvals from relevant authorities and is expected to occur in the Q3 of 2023.
