Saudi Water Partnership Company (SWPC) has signed agreements with a consortium comprising Engie, Mowah, and Nesma to add the Yanbu-Rayis pipeline to the Yanbu-4 Project, with a transmission capacity of 600,000 m3 /day and a length of 39 km. Thus, Yanbu-Rayis pipeline is the first water transmission line to be implemented by the Public-Private Partnership.
