The University Hospital of the Health and Science of Turin has launched a tender process for the development of the City of Turin's Health, Research and Innovation Park in Italy.
The management of the facility includes the maintenance service of building and plant engineering works (fire prevention, medical gases, automatic closures, etc.); the maintenance and management of the internal transport systems (elevators, bed-lifts and freight elevators); the maintenance, management and management of water and sanitation systems and drains and water supply; the maintenance service of communication and information networks (excluding consumption); the green maintenance service; the Energy and Heat Management service which includes: maintenance, management and management of electrical and lighting systems; the maintenance, management and management of air-conditioning systems (both in winter and in summer); the supply of energy carriers.
The project will be developed under a public-private partnership (PPP/P3) scheme.
