University of Texas to launch RFI for student housing in Austin
The University of Texas in the USA is planning to launch a request for information (RFI) for affordable student housing project at Austin. The authority has appointed Brailsford & Dunlavey (B&D) as advisory which is conducting market confirmation process.
B&D is requesting to submit an interest in the project from interested firms till June 05, 2020. The letter of intent can be submitted till June 01, 2020. Firms can ask questions regarding the concession until May 20, 2020.
