University of Maine launches RFP seeking building developer
The University of Maine in the USA has launched a request for proposal (RFP) seeking a private developer to design, renovate, finance, operate, and maintain the adaptive reuse of Coburn and Holmes Halls; two designated historic buildings located on the University of Maine’s campus at Orono. The scope of works involves historical restoration, development of utilities, and car parking among others.
