University of Chichester seeks contractor for on-campus student accommodation in West Sussex

The University of Chichester is seeking a private partner to deliver refurbishment and construction of on-campus student accommodation in its Bognor Regis and Chichester campuses in Surrey and West Sussex, UK. 

The selected private partner will be responsible for the design, build, finance and operate (DBFO) of student accommodation over a period of 50 years.
