Snow College, located in Utah, USA, has issued a Request for Information (RFI) for the design, construction, financing, and maintenance of a new student housing facility on the university's Richfield campus. Snow college has issued RFP for the same in the previous year but failed to receive any response from the developers. Thus it has issued an RFI to find out what other specifications, industry standards, and/or best practices, market availability, vendor abilities, innovations and/or alternate solutions could be done for this project.

Snow College intends to conduct a two-stage selection process to evaluate all responders. The first stage will be to ascertain the qualifications of offerors; the second stage will be to review presentations and detailed proposals submitted.

The submission deadline for the RFI is June 4, 2019.
