United Living Group, the provider of infrastructure, affordable housing, property services, and telecoms, has announced the acquisition of EcoGenR8, which trades as AFECO, an independent specialist engineering services and solutions company focused on the water, marine and energy sectors.
With over a decade of experience, AFECO specializes in providing mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, control, and automation (MEICA) services and solutions for water, wastewater, and biosolids treatment, as well as energy generation and consultancy. Their offerings encompass tailored project delivery, design, installations, and commissioning. AFECO will be integrated into United Living's Infrastructure Services division, complementing the Group's existing water activities. United Living was advised by Cavu Corporate Finance (Corporate Finance), Addleshaw Goddard (Legal), PwC LLP (Financial Due Diligence), and Deloitte LLP (Tax Due Diligence & Structuring).
