Ville de Morges issued contract notice requesting private developer to planning, construction, financing and operation of undergroud parking facility in Morges, Switzerland. Morges in located east of Switzerland and above the lake Geneva. 

As a part of project private entity should be able to perform duties regarding project funding, development and design, project management and realization, operation of the car park, including maintenance and value safeguarding measures. The concession period is 33 years.
