The University of North Dakota has launched a tender for interested firms to deliver consultancy services in the form of financial analysis, financial structure, governance and negotiation services of the selected developer for a student housing of the university under a public-private partnership (P3/PPP) scheme.
The University of North Dakota (UND) is currently involved in a mutual due diligence process with Johnson Controls Plenary and Corvias Group (JPC) to develop initial plans for a campus-wide student housing P3 development. The University will likely complete its due diligence period in January 2020 and if the initial report is accepted and JPC remains the vendor, the parties will engage in detailed design and financial feasibility exercise culminating in a proposal from JPC in the spring of 2020.
The deadline for the submission of proposals is on February 28, 2020.
