Government of Ukraine discussed the tendering process for two ports at round table meeting at Ukrainian Ports Forum 2019. Government is planning to launch a tendering process for 'Stevedoring Company (UK) Olvia' and the 'Kherson Commercial Sea Port'(KICP) after approval of the tendering document. It is planned that the tender will be approved at the next session on the Cabinet of Ministers. 

Minister of Infrastructure said that they are expecting to launch the concessions in June 2019. As per the original schedule, the tender was supposed to be announced in May 2019.

Currently, the tenders are under review. After the approval, the authority will launch equal, fair, competitive and transparent competition, open to both Ukrainian and international investors.
