The Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine has launched the tenders for two seas port projects under the public-private partnership (PPP) scheme.
The two seaport projects are the Olvia Port located on the left bank of the Dnieper-Bug estuary, at a distance of 1.5 miles from Nikolaev and 37.6 miles from Ochakov and the Kherson Port situated 15.0 km from the mouth of the river Dnepr on its right bank, and is approached by going up the fairway of the Rvach river, up the Dnepr's Olkhovy arm, and the Dnepr itself.
The projects were prepared by joint efforts of the team of the Ministry of Infrastructure of Ukraine, EBRD, IFC, “SPILNO” Project Management Office and the Consortium of International Consultants following the international best practice.
The deadline for the submission of documents to participate in the tender is on November 12, 2019 (60 days from publishing on the contract notice which was on 12 of September).
