The United Kingdom Nigeria Infrastructure Advisory Facility (UKNIAF) has signed an agreement with the Bureau of Public Enterprises (BPE) to support the Bureau in the areas of institutional and human capacity building. The goal is to enable BPE to fulfill its mandate in delivering infrastructure projects in Nigeria using a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model.
