United Utilities Water Ltd (UU) in the UK has launched prior information notices for the planned development of a water resilience supply project for Manchester and Pennines in Northern England.
The GBP500 million (US$654.09 million) project will be implemented under the Public-Private Partnership scheme. The private partner will develop, design, finance, operate and maintain the project for 25 years concession term.
The applications should be submitted by May 7, 2019.
UU anticipates that the contract notice will be awarded in June 2021 and the Contract Award is forecast for June 2022.
