UK awards Housing regeneration PPP project in Northminster

(PIP) in the UK has selected Cross Keys Homes (CKH) as the development partner for the Northminister housing regeneration project in Peterborough, UK.

Under the concession, CKH will be responsible for the development of 315 housing units, including one, two and three-bedroom homes and two accompanying commercial retail units. CKH plans to review the details of the plans for the brownfield site and the intended schedule of works over the next few weeks to ensure construction could begin in Summer 2022. The first homes are scheduled to be delivered in 2024.
