The City of Paris in France has launched two tenders for four car park projects around the city. The projects include operation and modernization of Bac-Montalembert and Gouraud parking facilities; and Carnot and Prony underground car parking facilities in Paris.
The Bac-Montalembert car park will be renovated to improve the comfort and safety of users and also the overall functionality of the structure.
The Gouraud parking lot will be subject to modernization, which will focus on improving the comfort and safety of users and also on the overall functionality of the structure. The improvement of accessibility PMR is to be expected as well as the installation of a sprinkler type sprinkler system on all levels. Some obsolete equipment will be deposited and new equipment, more efficient, will be put in place.
The parks will have to be accessible 24/7 for the subscribers and for the Bac-Montalembert park, the opening hours are to be adapted to the schedules of attendance
The Carnot and Prony underground parks have not been modernized since their construction. In the 2 parks, a relatively large modernization is planned with the improvement of the PMR accessibility of the parks and the installation of a sprinkler-type sprinkler system on all levels. Some obsolete equipment will be deposited and new, more efficient equipment will be put in place. This modernization will be accompanied by the usual renovation work.
For Carnot Park, it is planned to install electric charging stations for vehicles whose number must be close to 50% of the capacity of the public park. For Prony Park, the study of the installation of electric charging stations for vehicles according to the residual electrical capacity of the park will be done. The Carnot park is intended for hourly users, subscribers and landlords, while the Prony park is intended for landlords.
The parks must be accessible 24/7 for subscribers and lessees. For the Carnot park, the opening beaches are to be adapted to the attendance of the hourly users.
The deadline to submit the response to the tender notices is December 16, 2019.
