Kuwait Authority for Partnership Projects (KAPP) has received two technical bids to provide transaction advisory services for two IWPP plants located at Az-Zour and AlKhairan. The project involves design, finance, construction, operation, maintenance, and transfer of integrated water and power plant (IWPP) for phase 2 & 3 at Az-Zour North and for phase 1 at AlKhairan site.
Earlier in August the authority shortlisted three bidders and invited them to provide technical and financial bids. The two bids received are as follows :
The responsibility of preparing and completing the feasibility studies for each project and the whole tendering process will be given to the assigned advisor or consortium.
