The Norwegian Public Roads Administration has announced final bidders for the development of E10/RV 85 Hålogalandsvegen PPP project, after one bidder has withdrawn its participation from the concession. The PPP project involves the development and maintenance of 82 km long road in Central Hålogaland.

Two final bidders are the following:

1. Nordland Connect led by Gülermak Sp. zoo and includes Aldesa Construcciones SA, Intertoll Infrastructure Developments BV, Tecnicas y Proyectos SA (TYPSA), AFRY Norway AS, Intertoll Europe Zrt, Intertoll Limited, Duna Intertoll Zrt, Mecsek Autopalya-uzemelteto Zrt, Intertoll Polska Sp. z oo, Intertoll Construction Sp. z oo, Gülermak Ağır Sanayi İnşaat ve Taahhüt A.Ş. and Intertoll Capital Partners BV;
2. Skanska Hålogalandsvegen led by Skanska Norge AS, which includes Skanska Infrastructure Development AB, Multiconsult ASA, Aas Jakobsen AS, AJ Trondheim AS, ViaNova AS, Svevia Norge AS, Skanska AB, Skanska Hedmarksvegen Invest AB, Skanska Norge Konsernpensjonskasse and Skanska Trean Allmän Pensionsstiftelse.

The Via Borealis Group has withdrawn from the competition. The contract award procedure is planned to take place in summer 2023.
