The Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF) has announced that it has received two binding offers for the concession of the right to use and exploit the Pylos marina in Athens, Greece, for 40 years.
Among the bidders who submitted offers are D MARINAS HELLAS SINGLE MEMBER S.A. – TOURIST ENTERPRISES OF MESSINIA S.A. and ZHENGKINOV – KOUVELAS JOINT VENTURE.
The master plan of the project provides for the service of yacht tourism and envisages the marina of Pylos as a pole of modern and quality pole for tourism, recreation, and cultural activities.
The process of evaluating applications for compliance with the competition criteria will immediately begin and financial proposals will be opened at the next meeting of the Board of Directors of the Fund.
